In this article,We see how to configure DHCP on Windows Server 2016
Open server manager and click on Add roles and features.
Click on Next
Select Role based or feature based installation and Click on Next
Click on Next
Select DHCP server and Click on Next
Click on Next
Click on Next
Click on Install
Click on Close post installation completed
Click on Complete DHCP configuration.
Click Next.
Click Commit to give specify the credentials to be used authorize this DHCP server in AD DS.
Click on close to summary
